Meet MATT

Meet MATT BRYANT

Matt Bryant grew up in North Texas and has been a resident of Tarrant County since 2004. Matt has consistently poured his efforts and capabilities into his church, community and local school district.

Matt graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. For twenty years, he enjoyed working in the semiconductor industry. Matt worked as a Process Engineer for Texas Instruments in the Jack Kilby Research Center in Richardson, TX (NYSE: TXN). After his time at TI, he was the Vice President of Sales for the U.S. subsidiary of Nova Measuring Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVMI). Bryant’s career and experiences in the high-tech industry taught him the importance of making data-driven decisions.

In 2009, Matt began to invest in real estate. He has significantly grown his portfolio over the last 15 years and now manages a multi-million dollar real estate investment company.

Matt and his wife, Lisa, are the proud parents of Madeline, Matthew, and Robert. All three Bryant children attended Southlake Carroll ISD schools K through 12th grade.

Elected to the Carroll ISD school board in 2018, Bryant proved to be an effective and bold Trustee. His steady hand and fearlessness to “go against the grain” were exactly what this board needed during critical times.

The Bryants are active members of White’s Chapel United Methodist Church. Lisa and Matt enjoy teaching Youth Sunday School and volunteering in the nursery.

Bryant is also active in the community. Matt has served as a youth coach on multiple baseball, basketball and soccer teams. He served on the local Young Life board, as well as serving on the original leadership team for All-Pro Dads at Walnut Grove Elementary—this group put on a monthly gathering at school where dads and kids engage in meaningful conversations and activities centered around a character-based curriculum.
